Joo Lim is a board-certified nurse practitioner who received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from the Goldfarb School of Nursing at Barnes-Jewish College in 2016. Following graduation, she worked in various units including medical oncology, the operating room, and most recently, interventional radiology. She had the pleasure of working alongside Dr. Akinwande’s colleagues at Washington University in Saint Louis as an interventional radiology nurse. She continued her education by obtaining her Master’s as an Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner at Goldfarb. She graduated in 2022 and successfully transitioned her role from becoming an interventional radiology nurse to a provider at MINT.
Joo is passionate about her patients and has a deep love for the geriatric population. She is a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. As one of MINT’s nurse practitioners, she sees a variety of patients including new and established patients.
