Wonderful and easy appointment. Amanda made checkin quick and easy. Devon made getting my history and pictures very comfortable. Kyara and Sam were both knowledgeable and made sure I knew what to expect next
I can’t say enough good things about my experience with the excellent staff at MINT!!! I am having vein procedures done – just the thought of it was intimidating! But Laura, Renesha, and Deron have made it easy! Their excellent care has been unequaled! Amanda and Kyara’s help throughout the process has made everything a piece of cake!! Everyone at the West County office is so friendly, outgoing & most of all professional & caring!!!! I’m so grateful to everyone! I am very optimistic about my outcomes!!!! I highly recommend MINT!
I had a great experience at Midwest. Dr. Laura B. ,Dee and Renerha we’re very amazing at what they do, and showed great care. And not to mention, they played a playlist of music that I liked to help better the mood which I highly appreciate it. Thank you guys so much. I actually look forward to seeing them in my following procedures.
Kyara is AWSOME, Sam and Madysin are all friendly, very professional, courteous and knowledgeable about what they do…They get you in assess and address any concerns or issues that you may have, get you scheduled and prepared for treatment just a GREAT Team..They really have helped me out…Thanks Terrell J.
Overall I had a very good experience. The staff were professional and courteous. Amanda answered my questions when I signed in. Renesha was polite and professional when doing my vital signs and assessment. Laura NP was open and honest with my treatment options and did not try to push for any treatment that I may not need. Kyara the office manager helped get started and fit with compression stockings.
I would like to thank Dr Akinwande, and his amazing staff, Daniel, Laura,Shauna, Ashley, you made me feel very comfortable with the process of preparing me for a much needed operation. I truly recommend Mint institute.
