This was my first visit to Midwest Institute and from the moment I walked in the office the staff was very friendly. Once in a room ( right on time) Kyara was very friendly and very knowledgeable. Dr.Akinwande explained everything very well and went above and beyond the consultation I was expecting. Looking forward to getting my treatments started.
I’ve been suffering with Fibroids for over 10yrs by the time my aunt (whom battles with Fibroids) referred me to MINT. I called to make my appointment, and Kyara went over and beyond to provide empathy, comfort and understanding. I knew I had finally found the right place. I met Dr. A, and the rest was history. The procedure gave me ME back, and I am forever grateful. Thank you MINT. I recommend any women who has issues with their fibroids to consider their options, research and give MINT a call.
I had my first visit here today, and I was very pleased! The entire staff was amazing! They were all very caring, and easy to talk to. I recently lost my mom, and the nurse took a moment to give me some words of encouragement, and that meant a lot because I know they can’t spend all day with one patient, but it let me know that they are truly caring people. Dr. A was very knowledgeable and thorough in explaining everything I needed to know. He answered all of my questions and didn’t make me feel rushed. I left the office feeling hopeful and knowing that I’m in good hands with him and his staff. I would give 50 stars if I could! 😊
Dr. Akinwande and his staff are exceptional. The staff is courteous and professional. Dr. Akinwande explain things in layman’s terms and make sure you as the patient understands. Most of all, you are provided notes from your consultation with him . In that, it allows you to revisit the conversation and make a sound decision.
I got so much information that I needed it was given very clear and directive to me The staff and the Dr were amazing very professional ,kind and made me feel very comfortable and welcomed. I knew I was at the right place I recommend this office to everyone who needs answers to all the unanswered questions!
Dr. A and his staff @ MINT are very easy to talk to and they are concerned for your comfort and safety during every procedure. I have a few more visits addressing my vein issues and am glad I chose MINT for my treatment.
My follow up visit was good. Dr. Akinwande wss very clear as to the direction we should take.
