Everyone was kind and polite explained procedures answered all questions
Very caring and excellent staff
The staff at MINT was truly amazing! My husband had an unrelated medical episode while we were in the office and despite the circumstances I was happy to surrounded by such a loving and caring staff. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone seeking nonsurgical intervention.
My visit with Midwest institute was amazing they were so polite they made me and my mother feel at home. My doctors I see often were ignoring my plea for help. But I called you today explained what Ive been through Midwest institute seen me same day offered us a drink and snack told me they were Happy I called them. Everyone staff member was extremely helpful and positive attitudes putting me at ease. Scheduled me for a procedure ASAP. From Renesha MA , Kyara the office manager, Miki the ultrasound tech. And last but certainly not least nurse practitioner Laura b was so informative and patient and polite.. the staff is just amazing top notch they were born to do what they do for a living I was so impressed again thank you sincerely Brian

I had an excellent experience at MINT. Laura B was patient and thorough with explaining my symptoms and treatment. Renesha is very professional and informative. Mi Mi was also great. Overall I highly recommend Midwest Institute for Non-surgical Therapy. Thanks again!

This was my first visit to this medical facility and frankly it was a nice experience. When you first walk in the door the receptionist is so personable friendly, and welcoming. Everyone else from that point on is the exact same way, if you have any questions, they are willing to answer, they do not rush or hurry you in any way. I was very nervous about what was going to happen and what the results were going to be, but everyone there is so kind and calming. I haven’t met Dr. A yet but I hope and pray he has the same kind and calming spirit.
My experience was awesome. Kyara and Renesha were so sweet and kind to me. Laura B explain in details about my treatment options. I walked out with answer and some relief. Amen!
I went to MINT Stl for a bulging vein that I was concerned about. Kyara was helpful with getting me comfortable and settled in my exam room and was helpful after my exam to make sure they set up a day where they could call and check on me in a couple of months. 🙂 Laura (the NP) was very honest about whether it was something I should concerned about. She answered all my questions and was direct about whether I needed to move forward with anything so I don’t do anything costly or unnecessary. She was also really sympathetic and sweet when explaining everything thoroughly. I would recommend them to anyone because of how welcoming and helpful they were.
