Dr. Akinwande and his staff are exceptional. The staff is courteous and professional. Dr. Akinwande explain things in layman’s terms and make sure you as the patient understands. Most of all, you are provided notes from your consultation with him . In that, it allows you to revisit the conversation and make a sound decision.
I got so much information that I needed it was given very clear and directive to me The staff and the Dr were amazing very professional ,kind and made me feel very comfortable and welcomed. I knew I was at the right place I recommend this office to everyone who needs answers to all the unanswered questions!

From the initial telephone call, the receptionist was very nice and understanding. The nurses where also very nice and accommodating and the Dr VERY knowledgeable and caring. Everyone listened and heard my concerns vs just telling me whatever to make me be quiet. The office was spotless and I would highly recommend anyone to schedule an appointment with Dr. Akinwande. They not only follow up with phone calls but also texts and emails. Super proficient and I cannot wait until my procedure, I’m super anxious!
During my visit and during the time of a pandemic; Dr. Akinwande and his staff showed top notch service and standards. The staff wipe down every area on the second, for the safety of their patients and selves during this horrific time. Dr. A (Akinwande) was very easy to speak with and also professional. Dr Akinwande is an expert at what he does. A wonderful Doctor very personable and spends time with you to understand how to help you. After surgery i was amazed that I couldn’t see a scar at all. He followed up to check on me the night just after surgery and his office two days later. That’s phenomenal and I would recommend him to any woman with fibroid issues.
Dr. A and his team are awesome. I had a my Fibroid Embolization completed by Dr. A. Upon entering his office I was greeted by his kind receptionist. She informed me about my wait time and made sure I had everything I need. When I first met Dr. A he had a bright smile, made sure I was comfortable, asked me routine questions, and explained the procedure thoroughly. He answered every question I had and did not rush me. He took his time and got to know me. The day of the procedure his staff went over the process with me, made sure I was comfortable, and kept my husband informed about the process. The day after the procedure, Dr. A called me to check in and made sure I was the process. Now 10 months later my fibroids have shrunk. I thought people and research was lying when then stated that you could have immediate relief. I felt a difference 2 weeks after the procedure and my cycles where not a heavy. Thank you Dr. A and team for taking great care of me.
For the last 6 years I have gone to several doctors to determine what was causing my abnormal menstrual cycle but no one could determine it after several tests. Within less a month, Dr. Akinwande was able to identify what was causing my abnormal menstrual cycles. Although it was not in his speciality, he made sure to give me a referral and took the time to explain the solutions and what to expect. His staff was very pleasant and knowledge. They were kind enough to make the appointment for me and forward my records to the new doctor.
