Kiyana Hurt earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from Tennessee State University in 2014. She began her nursing career in medical-surgical nursing at MetroSouth Medical Center and later expanded her clinical experience at the University of Chicago Medical Center, where she worked in medical-surgical nursing and the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU).
While continuing to work as a registered nurse, Kiyana pursued her graduate education at Chamberlain University, earning her Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) with a Family Nurse Practitioner focus in 2024.
Kiyana is dedicated to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care grounded in evidence-based practice. She takes an individualized approach that prioritizes each patient’s unique needs and overall well-being.
Outside of work, Kiyana enjoys spending time with her children and loved ones.
